At Emmafy, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
